Bio


Ché Bond is an African girl who loves the ocean and thrives on adventure. She has always been connected to nature in a way that brought deep inner peace and found that being near water was incredibly healing. 

Yoga became a way of life for Ché in 2000 at a time where she found herself lacking direction and passion in life. 

The Yoga poses started off merely as a physical practice which left Ché feeling calm and balanced. As time went on the practice became much more than just body movement and more of an inward journey through the workings of the mind back to her truth. 

In 2013 after the birth of her second daughter, Ché realised that teaching this beautiful practice to others was her calling.  She began training as a teacher at a Buddhist centre in London. Helping others to find their passion in life, gain direction towards their truth and find deep meaning through yoga and meditation has become the focus of her career. 

You can find Ché teaching classes and workshops to children, teens and adults of all ages, around Berkshire, UK. These classes are packed with guidance and teachings not only on how to physically do yoga but also on the philosophy of the practice and how you can move inward towards finding your truth. 

Ché reminds us that all the answers we are looking for are already inside and her teachings help to navigate inward to find your passion and souls purpose.


DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS

OF THE COURSE

 

Arriving on the 7th March in the afternoon, this course runs for 4 full days. Guests will leave on the 12th March after breakfast when they will be transferred to the airport.  

I am so excited to welcome you to beautiful rural France, where you can step away from daily routine and take time to journey inward.

This retreat is available to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga, meditation and healthy living including more advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice. 

Spring time encourages us to grow and using movement and breath is a wonderful way to invoke more understanding of what really matters to you. 

Each morning you will awaken the body creating fire within to melt away unwanted energy, refocus and align with your truth. 

Guided meditations in beautiful surroundings will allow you to deeply connect with nature and set clear intentions. 

Delicious locally sourced, seasonal food and total bliss out awaits.
