BIOGRAPHY

 

Natalie France is a London based NLP Master Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Trainee Yoga Instructor, who empowers women to reframe their mindset and approach to dealing with work related stress and anxiety in addition to regaining a sense of balance in life. 

 

She creates programs and retreats to help you explore your current situation and embrace a new way of thinking on your path of personal development.

 

You & Your Body

 

Your body communicates with you on a regular basis, sending you signals to highlight problems you are ignoring and bringing your awareness to the fact that you’re potentially moving in the wrong direction in life. 

Stress, tension or random niggles can often be your body's way of getting you to wake up and pay attention. However people tend to ignore these signs, ploughing through life and pushing themselves to the point of feeling run down, burnt out and in some cases, illness.

Developing an understanding ofyour body’s spiritual/metaphysical language will help you to become more intuitive to such signals when they arise.

Your thoughts can also contribute to your body's health,  learning the relationship between your mind and body will also allow you to have a grasp of your body’s language. 

 

This Retreat will help you to

    •    Guided Meditations, taking you on a progressive journey through the body
